When I walk through Saifi Village in Beirut, I feel like I’m in a different city.
The houses are perfectly vintage-looking. The streets are clean. It’s amazing.
The restaurants and shops over there are too upscale for me but hey…the best things in life are free. So I’ll keep on taking little strolls in that part of Beirut.
It is a peaceful place. I was there last sunday. So quiet, and so calm.
they side of Beirut that most outsiders may never know..
Now all we need is for them to try to take care of the rest of Beirut in the same way. It is a shame, this is a prime example of what our old buildings in Beirut can look like with a little care – unfortunately most are being destroyed…..
100%
gosh, imagine if every part of beirut looked the same way!
It would definitely be something to boast about.
