In my opinion, I do not think that a band should mention what do they support !!!
The difference will be made by the music they offer, not cause of what they support 🙂
Well, I think it’s a very brave move even though it might alienate some people who might have been fans. But if an artist or band has the platform to speak up about some issues, societal problems, or a cause they believe in…then why not? =)

yeah, it is a brave move by the band but as you said, such moves might affect a wide range of fans that can reject such causes.

Oh, God, they’re awesome! I’ve been in huge Mashrou’ Leila phase these months.
Their songs actually point out that they support gay rights and Hamed also wore a dress in Fasateen’s video, but that could mean anything.
