Vintage Beirut: Clemenceau

There are houses in Beirut that scream “take my picture”!

This is one of them in the Clemenceau/Kantari area.

It’s vintage, seasoned & of old-school Lebanese architecture.

This is gorgeous? Now is this type of house owned by one family or many?

I think it’s owned by one family. If not, I should try to convince that fam to let me move in!!

That is the old Kettaneh villa on May Ziadeh street Kantari district of Beirut. It was refurbished by the family after the war but i think it was turned into apartments.
