What makes this a great cover is that it shows no headlines or text.
 
Proof that sometimes a cover is just perfect with the right picture, without any catchy headlines.
 
I like the smart color choices

Obama’s shirt: white
Obama’s tie: blue
  
PS: This issue came out before Obama became President
