I found this article on the NY Times website kinda interestin.
The article (published by Florence Fabricant on June 1) talks about how Beirut is poised to become the food capital of the Middle East, thanks to trendy restaurants serving (yummy…droool!) Lebanese food, which are about to open in Lebanon soon.
